“Boom! Shake The Room” is the second single taken from DJ Jazzy Jeff (Jeff Townes) & The Fresh Prince’s (Will Smith) fifth studio album, Code Red, which was released in 1993. The song became the duo’s first number one in the United Kingdom, as well as reaching number 13 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. It was one of the duo’s last significant hits. The song samples “Funky Worm”, a song by the Ohio Players, and “Jump”, a 1992 hit by Kris Kross
