Well after Saturday’s spectacular show which was probably one of the best Eurovision Song Contests in recent years, the EBU has announced where both the semi-finalists finished respectively, with how many points they achieved and their final placing of the semi-final.
The voting for this year’s Eurovision Song Contest was pretty varied and split all over the place (for once), there was the usual “douze points” from Cyprus to Greece (as there is every year) bey every country ended up in double figures.

Congratulations to Ell & Nikki. “Running Scared” has won the 56th Eurovision Song Contest from Dusseldorf. It was a spectacular night of good songs, great performances and the usual unusual entry and key change but after all 43 countries had given their vote, the Azerbaijani entry won the show with 221 points.
Well tonight the 25 countries who sung their hearts out on Tuesday & Thursday will have to sing again, for it’s EUROVISION time (I can hear you all screaming).

Every year, the Big 4 and the previous year’s winning country automatically qualify for the final, as Germany won the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest and they are one of the Big 4, there has been a slight change to this year’s proceedings.
